..but the biggest offenders are the O - G and A - C letter pairs. Most of the other pairs are off too, but to a lesser extent.
The O and G and the A and C need to be closer together.
Overall the type is set 'loose' (the tracking...the overall looseness or tightness of the letters).
The kerning is the space between individual letters.
It looks like someone picked a typeface and typed out the name and that was it. They never went in close and made the necessary adjustments.
This is extremely common, and is especially easy to see in poorly kerned headlines when the text is larger.
It speaks to one of my biggest OCD pet peeves: watch manufacturers obsess over the movements, but skimp on the graphics mostly out of ignorance. It drives me crazy : )
