Art, my neighbor did 1st concert and was within 25-feet of Mick (according to his selfies)

Oct 13, 2016,13:02 PM

Apparently 70,000 people were farther away than he was; I was sure you would have been there both weekends.

This watch was a six-fold surprise to me!

1. that I located it (on a local "Craig's List" sort of web sales page in Malaysia) and that

2. Robin was able to help me translate and score the watch

3. how beautiful it was when it arrived

4.  how magical the dial is in various kinds of light

5. how odd the case configuration was

6. how pleasing it was to show you at dinner in Santa Monica

. . . this was coming. No surprises here Alright, folks . . . let's see the watch in your collection that's imbued with an element of surprise. I've a few, but the one that was totally unexpected . . . . . . is the Senator Sixties. As in, receiving a cold...

The one which surprised me the most is the Ulysse Nardin 160th Anniversary.

 By: amanico : October 13th, 2016-12:16
It surprised me because when I saw the first pictures of this watch, I hated it... Till the day I saw it in the flesh... HAGWE, my friends. Nicolas ...

"Hate at first sight . . .

Out of character....

Yes, I was surprised the first time I saw this one on your wrist... Feels a bit out of character from your normal taste! Not beautiful, but ... A bit out of character. Best Blomman

For me an uber-cool appeal !.. That intense blue with all the silver appliances is truly captivating.. For me a watch, to love or..

 By: hs111 : October 15th, 2016-05:10
.. or to leave, because of a certain bold personality, augmented by a clear avantgarde touch ! Haven\'t seen it yet in real - maybe next time ? Cheers & Best, my friend hs

Lip surprise! :)

By: blomman Mr Blue : October 13th, 2016-13:42
I got totally surprised by this "small but yet strong" watch! The Lip Dauphine: I get a kind of "Geophysic" wibe from this one... Another surprise is that despite its name this watch do not have Dauphine hands! HAGWE Blomman ...

Intended, perhaps, for owners . . .

 By: Dr No : October 13th, 2016-14:42

haha I was thinking the same thing!

 By: NT931 : October 14th, 2016-06:18
I googled "Rolls Watches" and sadly drew a blank... Anyway, here in Singapore we have Royce chocolates from Japan, and I love chocolate, so maybe one day I will juxtapose my Royce watch with Royce chocolates to merge my 2 passions in life!

congrats Bro!
