Starting with the second hand. Vacheron used to have the finest characteristic hands, but those look like items from a lesser brand. The dauphine hour and minutes are not distinctive.
The execution of the date windows, and particularly the moonphase window are poorly finished.
Just choosing to do what is not an uncommon configuration, triple-date-moon-phase, and to not have an innovative re-interpretation, in a watch at this price point, meh.
If I were designing this, I would ditch the date pointer and the moonphase, and the PT950, put the date in a window at 12 and just the applied maltese cross at six. And go back to the old hands. And make the applied indexes more distinctive.
