Overseas Chrono in use...

Oct 30, 2016,12:02 PM

After having seen the first pictures and the video of the new Overseas Chrono I wanted to have it. And now two weeks ago I got the call from the AD and was immediately convinced: this is a gorgeous watch. The whole package is just overwhelming:

The blue dial is changing from electric bright blue to almost black depending on light conditions... The screws on the pushers are opened with just a quarter turn, so very comfortable to use. And the strap changing system is just perfect to my mind...

It comes with a very nice box containing a smaller case to transport watch and straps...

I'm very happy with it...

I saw it about a month ago at my AD and immediately fell in love with it. The blue dial is intoxicating. I had my heart set on a Royal Oak and went with that but the Overseas chronograph is still on my 'want' list. Congratulations and wear it in good heal...

Beautiful catch !

Congratulations ! What a beautiful piece and the only geneva seal chrono offered in the big three range (Patek, Ap & VC) . That blue dial is sensational & we look forward to more wrist shots in the future . Best,

Excellent.

Never had a VC but always liked the Oversease collection from the brand

I had no idea Vacheron went to those lengths!

The blue dial is absolutely wonderful, as you stated, and it changes colors depending on conditions. As a sucker for blue dials, this one is up there.

Just curious on your ownership experience

Is it hard to keep clean? And do you love it as much today as when you bought. Seriously considering this beauty

Still satisfied...

Dear sentarex, I can really recommend this watch! Not hard to keep clean, just brush it unter water... I really enjoy the adjustment of straps - especially when travelling. This is the perfect piece for summer and vacation, really versatile! Go for it!!

Thanks for the feedback

I'm headed to the watch Mecca of Singapore for a few days. May be my opportunity. And yes, I have been considering this as a great travel watch. Great sizing as well, whether wearing a tshirt or blazer. Perhaps one of the most versatile timepieces ever.
