I like the new Overseas....

but I don't own one. Vacheron Constantin has had blue dials for all the previous generations of the Overseas and I am happy to see that continue with this new edition, even if Piaget (Polo S) , Cartier (Calibre Diver), and others are also going blue (obviously catching the Jim Harbaugh Michgian Football tidal wave.. ;-)).

Is it just me, the new Overseas is a bit.....

Ok I'm just gonna say it, disappointing. No offence to the Overseas lovers out there, I also like the previous Overseas collection and couple of times almost took one home. The only down turn of the previous models was no display case back and most of the...

I love both the old and new Overseas collection. Brilliant watches indeed . Cheers, Filip

Sometimes, it takes time to comprehend a new watch. May be your feeling will change in the coming months... or not!

From my side, at the very first sight, I have the same feeling than you. As an owner of an Overseas too I am not really convinced by this last one. But I would like to see it in real to have a better judgement. Best wishes Alkiro

Hopefully I will warm up to this one later on. I would be interested to hear what owners or potential owners think, and why they choose this over the Royal oaks and Nautilus collection

Just wished they had kept the textile dial

Thank you for sharing. I like blue dials. I just wished they had tried to do something with the dial instead of just using the same smooth shiny dial used in IWC, Panerai etc. Especially at this price point. I would have been much happier if they just kep...

I actually prefer the new collection...

I don't own an Overseas but have had the opportunity to try on a variety of models from the old and new collection. I much prefer the new one. I think the blue dial is quite beautiful and I prefer the case shape in the new line. The new chronograph wins o...

I couldn't agree more...

IMHO...The shape of the new Overseas collection looks off. I had the simple 3-hand titanium/steel grey version and it had a "sporty elegance" look and feel to it. The new versions lean towards the sporty side sans their signature Maltese clasp. That was w...

Completely agree

The thicker bracelets of the previous version have a more exaggerated design and reflect light more interestingly in my opinion. The dials had more character in the older generation as well. The only reason I didn\'t get one was that 42mm was a little lar...

The previous generation was much nicer. What I don\'t understand is changing the Maltese cross pattern. That\'s the same thing as Rolex on the submariner changing the circle markers on the dial to say rectangles out of the blue. Takes away any history!!

Sorry to say...
