if only the base data compared, obviously some differences appear: significant difference in parts (935 - 727) significant difference in function VC e.g. Minute Repeater, 'security functions', manual winding for striking, rotating bezel strike mode select... 

But what about the product in total, the final product. Who VC is targeting as a customer? Who the GF? Both watches have a quite difference in appearance and therefore will appeal quite different people: It feels almost as if you would compare a Rolls-Roy...
