I JUST CAN'T DECIDE!! PLEASE HELP!!

Gentlemen,

I have narrowed my next watch purchase down to the IWC Ingeniuer Automatic (Model # - 3227-01) and the Vacheron Constanin Overseas  Automatic (Model # - 47040/b01a-9094).  Both have the black texture dial and stainless steel case/bracelet.  Both have a case diameter of 42.5, along with excellent water resistance.  The Vacheron is not quite as high (9.7mm vs IWC's 14.5mm).  IWC has the anti-reflective coating on both sides of the crystal (does this make a big difference?).  Please help me decide with any addtional information, likes/dislikes, or simply personal preferences.

All input is greatly appreciated,

Bill.Johnson

... which seems to be a bit thinner than the overly thick Ingenieur. In my opinion, the current Ingenieur model is poorly proportioned, and due to the wide bezel and relatively small crystal diameter, appear much more chunky than it even is. ON the other ...
