Wears smaller than the Master Compressor Memovox 😁

It’s a lugless design for a start, in titanium and with a curved case back, so it wears drastically smaller than many watches that are much smaller in real life. And the ability to rotate the case for using the chrono or just choose your optimal angle is ...

Need a wrist shot!

Let’s see…

It's thick!

But the lug to lug (if you can call it that ) helps make it manageable

Very few around indeed…

You are probably more likely to see a SpaceWalk either live or on the internet than this one 😊

Impressive!

In more ways than one ;-) Love that strap. An inspired choice.

Glad you like it!

Definitely quite a thing when it came out some 16 years ago. But so jam packed with features, too πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»

Always makes me smile when you post this one…

However, your extensive strap collection equally amazes me! πŸ˜€ White Toad, that’s next level to me. Love it! Thank you for posting. πŸ™πŸΌπŸ»

Now I just need to locate the chicken leg leather one 🀞🏻

That’s the most exotic IMHO - a member here always called it the pterodactyl strap πŸ˜‚

Those clever Seiko guys can rotate any which way, can't they?

Seiko Spring Drive Chronograph Product Meeting: "Let's see, if we spin this around, make the pushers rectangular, put the pushers at the top, change the hands ... wait! Leave the date where it is, slip a GMT hand in the middle. NO! Let's have the crown at...

I thought the Japanese are more serious than all that πŸ˜‚ Great model references to demonstrate, though. Maybe a Galante one day…

Some intro…

The Izul series was launched in 2008 I believe. It consisted of four models, two with a rotating case and two smaller ones with a fixed case (permanent bullhead configuration there). In each case configuration there was a white and black dial version. If ...

There are other Spring Drive Chronos without GMT

 By: cazalea : March 26th, 2024-21:13
In fact those are the most compact and attractive models (to me). You can identify them by smaller diameter, thinner case, and flat-head and short pushers, as in this SBGB001 (white) SBGB003 (black) Movement 9R84 Size 44 x 14 As opposed to the GMT models ...

I stand corrected πŸ‘πŸ»

But agree that the ones without look more appealing to my eyes as well πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»

A related watch is the SpaceWalk Spring Drive

Bullhead configuration refers to the pushers being at the top of the case when on the wrist, like the horns of a bull. SPS005 Black Dial, Ti case, leather strap Bullhead 5R86 53mm x 48 mm Another Seiko Bullhead Chrono, loaned to me by InDebtButOnTime (not...

Thanks for the additional detail shots of the SpaceWalk πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Didn’t know you had one - but then your collection has everything πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Ah, I see!

A watch on a list of pieces still to get? 😊🀞🏻

53 X 48 mm ?

 By: bimbeano : March 29th, 2024-11:56
I'm pretty sure it' s a bit less thick than 48 Actually, I didn't realize there was a bigger Seiko than my 52.4 mm Emperor . ...

This ... is ..

Glad you appreciate it my friend πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»
