Hey Brian, Yes, the bezel rotates. The red dial and bezel with gold accents really spoke to me vs traditional Seiko diver

reference point at (approx) 1 on the dial.

I’m not sure how they could have accomplished that, given the style of the bezel. I do love having a dot, as I like timing things.
