Rolex Discs for revolving bezels AKA Bezel Inserts circa 1985.

I just thought it was fun to share the parts catalog picture featuring the inserts from 1985.  I love the terminology used “Discs for Revolving Bezels” I had never paid attention to that detail or name (discs) before.  Now here obviously Fat fonts are not derigueur as the fat fonts fit more appropriately the 1960’s.

Feel free to share some of you favorite inserts.

Thanks for sharing. I\'d love to have a poster of this on my wall.

Interesting document, Bill. Funny that they mention the 1675 in a 1985 document.

A parade of Rolex colors. The Bezel is what frames the face (dial) awesome.

As far as the 1675 in the catalog Rolex continued to carry the parts in the catalog for a good number of years and as it was interchangeable with the 16750 it makes sense. A+ Bill

Here you are...

These days people are asking crazy prices for inserts (Discs) but I guess at the same time the whole gilt watch segment is climbing. A+
