Just wanted to share a latest catch
Simple and unassuming watch that most thought was a 1016 Explorer...
Until when one look closer it’s written down Super Precision on the bottom instead of the usual SCOC..
And underneath, an Underline..
And if you look closer at the bottom there are T25 on both side of the Swiss..
It’s a reference 5500 from 1964. Wears smaller than a usual 1016 explorer, but with so much details on a small watch makes it a very interesting one.

I am not an expert. Yesterday the sold a 1016 Underliner in Ebay. So my question, Underliner exists as 1016 and 5500? Thanks in advance for answer. Best Walter

With a Super Precision literature, there's a 1530 inside. Very interesting are in my opinion Underline & double T25 literature as well. Enjoy it, cheers from France. Pier
