 By: 219 : December 14th, 2006-09:35
Question 1: Which Richard Mille watch is the rarest? (In other words, which has the lowest number in terms of watches produced. This is to be actual watch numbers: such as RM005; V1 and V2 subscripts do not count.) Up for grabs: 15 Richard Mille caps. The...

Answers to question1

 By: Stewella : December 14th, 2006-10:26

Okay, the Stark piece is a one off. So it has to be the rarest.

 By: Allen : December 14th, 2006-10:41
But for production pieces, I'm still sticking with RM004

RM001

 By: Allen : December 14th, 2006-10:52
There are only 17 RM001s. 11 with brass base plates. So are there more than 17 RM004s out there yet? Do you know, Andrew?

Question with the RM4's

 By: AnthonyTsai : December 14th, 2006-10:50
There are only the RM004-V1 and RM004-V2 right? There's no plain RM004 right? - Anthony

Well...

 By: Allen : December 14th, 2006-10:57
Technically, when the RM004 first came out, it was just RM004. Then the RM004-V2 was born, and the original RM004 had to be renamed the RM004-v1.

My Final Answer.

 By: Teacher Yang : December 15th, 2006-11:15

I'll go for the RM 004

 By: Koen S. : December 16th, 2006-13:29

You guys all think they made less 4's than 8's? Interesting...

 By: SteveH : December 16th, 2006-23:25
I know of at least 5 004's. I only know of 1 008. The 001 is the only model of the range that I've never actually seen or even heard of anyone owning for that matter.

is (drum roll please), the RM001. A lot of people know a great deal about Richard Mille watches and thank you to everyone. Given how I defined the question, where V1, V2, 1A, FM and anything do not count, then the RM001 is the rarest. True, the RM005-1A i...

Oh, and at least...
