I told you, you had to wait to see them irl. Pictures can give a wrong impression You said the watches were bad an now you say the pics were bad. Imo both are great! I was a huge fan of both ... watches and pictures You are smart enough to know that macro...

These are pieces we won't be able to check in the metal very easily. I saw baguettes indexes in the past, they shine much less than round diamond ones and less also than polished white gold markers we usually have. I wish to write a post about it when dus... 

You are the second person I have heard that from. The other also said that the writing is more discreet than the pictures would indicate and the watches overall are better than they originally thought. However, they are still not inclined to purchase one....

I told earlier to Patek that I do not want those and I also told openly what I have posted about the watches. I have nothing to hide - not in good and not in bad. And I'm I'm wrong or over-reacting to one direction or other, I have no problems to admit it...

If I recall, you were the earliest Purist to have some knowledge of the Nautilus LE. I think that they must know you pretty well. Therefore, there should be some room for reconsideration if you change your mind after seeing the watch in person.

Happy you! Are they exposed in the salons already? My personal opinion was : - chrono much too big for me as the regular chrono is the maximum size I accept. (And I love it but didn\'t buy it yet because it\'s big) - 5711 very nice. I dreamt of a platinum...

as you noticed on real pieces, all the defects and bad ways policy we saw, diamond indexes and anniversary printing are not very visible. Ok But there are still there !!! The most part of the criticisms concerned the idea to put that marks on a PATEK Naut... 

It's hard to see that the indexes are made of diamonds. It is not easy to see the anniversary text. But are these features a part of the heritage and legend of Patek Philippe Nautilus? That is anseparate issue. Best Kari

Vol 4 N°2, pages 24 & 25, where all Patek Nautiluses are represented in small photos, new 40th Anniversary models seem to have a lighter blue dial than 5711/1A and their blue dial looks more closer to the 7118/1A (for women). To be confirmed in the metal ...

I saw the two watches yesterday and i must say, yes the look better than on the photos, but from my perspektive the 5711 p from the past looks much better, also the chrono is extremly loud and no understatement! Sorry Marcus

And the purpose of art is to provoke emotion. And from emotion, discussion..then PP has succeeded here. As to the pieces "a chacun son gout". I\'m mainly interested in trajectory - will the next offerings be more like these or the 5370p in the other threa...

Patek does need to find themselves a better photographer though - I hated both the 5524 and 5990 when I saw the official photos, and I now love both.
