I have both and they are both amazing and different .
The nautilus has a silky smooth bracelet which is extremely comfortable.It hugs your wrist.
The RO bracelet feels thicker and more sturdy but not as comfortable as the Nautilus bracelet.
The RO bracelet is like a disco light as you turn your wrist which is amazing.
Difficult for me to compare dials my RO is the skeleton version.
The blue dial on the 5712A is absolutely stunning.

I had them both at one time and liked the Nautilus better............
It was much more comfortable to wear. I could never get the steel Royal Oak's to fit me right. Tony.
