why not get the new "limited edition 5145" ? No silicone escape wheel and spyromax.......but with added Perpetual calendar module....... .......and as per usual Patek custom - for mere $20,000 'perpetual' premium ;-) ...just kidding......IMO 5146 is reaso...

like to see any changes to the 5135 as its already got everything...I am not very keen on having a perpetual calendar. I guess pressing the date pusher 3 times a year is no bother ;-) I did try the 5146 but that too looked too small on my wrist. see for y...
