I saw only one 5396 in one of the AD's here in Bangkok also. It's a nice wach but it's a little small on my 8 inch wrist and I'm not particulary fond of the snap back case. Also I think Patek opened the new factory with the intent to increase production of watches due to the opening up of the Chines
