It’s impossible that this piece came from PP Geneva, the AD must have sourced it from somewhere else.

Gets 1 piece a year on average.. they do not necessarily deliver it immediately to anyone - it is held until the entire allocation process is completed … this was delivered to the boutique last year, double sealed ( which I cut ) and offered to me at last... 

So, the allocation of a special piece like this involves the AD getting the “ok” from HQ to give to client that they choose and ‘present’, correct?

I don’t know specifics as the AD tends to keep the whole process a bit vague .. this is what I have pieced together from various sources - So don’t quote me

Regardless, what matters is that you were allocated a magnificent piece! Wear it in the best of health!

Congrats again, one question about the paperwork given to you with the watch. Did you get the "rare handcraft" paper in addition to the certificate of origin ? Mine, which i got about 4 years ago did not come with this paper and even though i have been as...  

I got the exact same one … came about a month after purchase … You should email patek directly via the website … perhaps it may reach the right hands to follow up properly on your paperwork …
