I will ask the dealer. They told me they took off their profit to satisfy my outrage. All I want is for the watch to keep time. It doesn't need refinishing, a new band or crystals. I will let you know.

Can someone advise me on how to obtain a rubber strap. I have a tit RM 005. I bought it new from the New York dealer, but they tell me the rubber strap is not available. Any advice is appreciated. I am very disappointed in the shoddy strap that came with this expensive watch.
