Girard Perregaux: its ref 9086 with Cal. 42 movement
that ticks at 36000 bph - a lovely smooth second hand sweep. Probably made 1967/68. In 10 years I've only seen two other grey fume dials like this - one on Chrono24 and one in rather poorer condition fs in Poland. Good luck!
