Omega

I just acquire beautifull Omega Seamaster Ref 145.019, caliber 861 (see picture). All parts are original and just serviced in Omega Authorised Service (2 year warranty) Can you help me to find out when this model was introduced? (I know it was around 1970...  

i doubt even Omega can now tell us how many seamaster 861's came out with that dial. its a fairly common watch in standard dial format, but the extra '45' on the dial is rarer, no more valuable, but as you know we dont do values on this forum. i think the... 

Thanks for the information.... I'll ask repair service to open it and come back with serial number ;-) I grab this watch because I have never seen such a dial before (previously I had various Seamaster models, but sold them when I get fed of them ;-) .......
