I have the same one with the rhodinated movement.

The 3 chronos are fantastic, I have had one of them, the Minerva Avus II, I think the two others are also from the Avus Series. Interesting, all of them has the 07 limitation number!

Do you have other pictures from the Chronos?

Yours,

Adam

 By: cazalea : April 19th, 2020-11:39
I had a CD full of photos from early 2000's. So let's say about 20 years ago. It came from a guy who really had a love for Minervas and many other brands. I serviced and actually bought a couple of his Minervas, but they are long gone. I hate to toss thes...

The first two are the 140th anniversary model and a Pythagore . . .

I haven't finished with the Omegas

I am kicking myself that I only came to the hobby so late - would gladly have taken them off your hands 🤷🏻‍♂️ Too bad... The various Pythagores are superb 👌🏻

the 140th Anniversary is a very special one, because Minerva made the last 6 pieces with a DECORATED movement: they got only 134 blank movement and wanted to get 6 plus from elsewhere, because they need alltogether 140 pieces for the 140th anniversary yea...

I think I owned these two because the pictures are taken on my living room carpet. I don;t have any more 140th photos, sorry. I know I had this one because I took photos to sell it ...

A real bunch of holy watches. I read somewhere, Minerva was owned by an investor. Than Mont blanc bought it from him. Maybe a lot of them are from the time the investor owns Minerva in Villeret. I am curious how your IWC pictures are, but thanks to post M...

I seen a document about the Gnutti time. When Mont black the company bought from Gnutti, they get the parts etc. It was like a child who found a treasure for Mont blanc. As the current 1858 collection they used many parts for inspiration. Rebirth. For me,...

That bronze 1858 world timer. At this moment they are sold out.

I'll have to reserve several days to peruse all of your "Spring Cleaning" files, Mike. A typically exhaustive tour-de force. Many thanks for taking the time.

As I get deeper into this journey, and my tastes develop, I now and then see something that looks like I'd sell most of the collection to have it. That 140th Anni with the black dial and gold indices/numerals strikes me as one such watch. Wow… Keep carryi...

Starting at #5 the black and white dial center seconds are TimeZone LE II watches.

I was an original owner of a white dial version. There were 50 of each color. These are the last watches from the Frey era. I sold mine because that's what young and stupid me did sometimes....lol! Wish I kept that one. It's not to the standards of curren...
