Your last photo catches a glimpse of the very special blue dial on the real 1858. Missing mine big time, and it has only been 1 week...

I hope that MB will deal that quickly. It's always too long to wait for your watch to come back, especially when it last more than 2 or 3 months... [nt]

It\'s great to have the two side by side and my feeling is confirmed - while the Summit is similar on some photographs it is not even close to the 1858 Tachymeter when side by side. And that\'s good - it allows a tinge of glamour to pass over to the Summi...
