I wonder what is going on with JLC. I feel like they are slowly getting rid of models, dropping prices and repositioning themselves. Was the master compressor line not doing well?

The Deep Sea Vintage Chronograph is still listed on their US site but I was told over a month ago that the watch is no longer being produced and there are no US ADs that have one in stock. So they seem to remove some pieces that are no longer available bu... 

A few months I got the deep sea chrono but am considering selling now with this uncertainty of the brand. I usually wear a watch for a year and then like to sell and get something new. With this current trend the deep sea might be selling for 65% less tha... 

I think it was initially popular upon release, but then just like many product life cycles, the popularity ultimately declined. I don't see any issue here whatsoever, except perhaps JLCs dilatory website update practices. Products come and products go. Li... 

Tradition, with some elements of style borrowed to the Polaris, and Modernity, with the Compressor Key. Since then, we had good and less good offers. 15 years after, maybe it is time to turn the page... Best, Nicolas

But, alas, JLC was told by many markets, "We don't want these thick, clunky watches, we something more 'classic'!" So, JLC responded, but now there is an increased demand for a sport line, and word has it there will be a new line...eventually. -Dean

So it could mean a diver, a chronograph but also colour, materials, strap, etc. I always thought that the amvox and the extreme series were amazing watches but somehow did not really fit well with the rest of the JLC lineup. There was obviously a link to ...
