but MJLC conservatively puts the watch's rating at 100 meters. This may be due to the back or the glass, I'm not sure, but I have yet to hear of ANY water resistance failure from any owners (as long as the watch was in the "secure" position. This includes swimming, snorkeling, and light diving (40-60 feet).

In my experience, the Master Compressor series is perfectly waterproof. The manual is quite conservative on this issue (it even notes not to wear it windsurfing....how and why that particular sport was mentioned, who knows) but as has been noted, it's a J...
