I think these watches were dedicated to teach young watchmakers in the “Ecole Technique de la Vallée de Joux” at Le Cheny. This school still exists today. Below a link (in French Only unfortunately). Best wishes Alkiro ...

the original crystal is intact. Not commonly seen these days, the inverted cyclops was supplied on many watches in the 1940s-1960s period.

Can't quite make out from the pictures - but appears to be a chronometre dialled but with a stock K881 rather than the 881S per the geomatic ? -al
