One surprising thing though is what appears as "arabic" numbers in your chart while I have always heard that actually arabic figures are 1 2 3 4... and not the ones of your chart... Surprisingly also for me is all these variations particularly for "4" bet...
In reality 1, 2, 3, 4...
are modern Latin or Western Numbers. The Arabic numbers in the chart are modern Arabic numbers.
