thank God for our beautiful timepieces as our companions thru hard times smile

Still very much in love with my Moser Endeavor Concept center Seconds in steel with funky blue fume dial

A shot I took during a quick evening drink with my team this week. With my still recovering sunburnt skin smile

Cheers

Hope I can show you next gtg

One of the (if not the) nicest blue dials ever made for me. I would be really interested in knowing how Moser makes it

Like a swimming pool in the sun, you want to plunge in this dial. Best wishes Alkiro

Someone mentioned to me that the dial maker is the same as the Nautilus blue dial dialmaker - not sure how true but apparently reported by some Japanese press according to this source Cheers Robin

Really interesting information Robin

I don\'t know if it\'s true or not but if it\'s true, it\'s a tough subject for brands in my opinion. When a brand tells you that an entire model is home made or in-house and it\'s not the case, customers could be angry if they learn the truth. No? Best w...

From my understanding,

Moser did not say that their entire watches are made in-house. The movements are made in-house. The dial and straps are not.

I was thinking to PP and not Moser to be honest ;-)

Best wishes Alkiro

Oh! Sorry for my misunderstanding, my friend.

 By: Luis6 : March 26th, 2017-16:23
Has PP ever made that kind of claim? I didn't really pay attention to it. Is it possible that some of PP's models are made entirely in-house while some are not?

Don't worry my friend ;-)

 By: Alkiro1 : March 26th, 2017-22:23
My aims were probably no explicit enough. I understood that some PP dials were not made by PP that\'s why I made this comment. But may be it\'s not the case. Best wishes Alkiro

I understand that PP makes over 100 000 dials per annum.

As they only need 60 000tgat implies they manufacturing true for other makes. Much as voutilainen does

Thank you for the info

Both the Moser and the fact that you managed to acquire a suntan / sunburn during intense workweeks Hope more time with your family and watches is ahead!

+1 about sunburns ;-)

Think that will be difficult to establish as I am sure the competition wouldn't want it known they outsource to PP!!

 By: Patekphilippecollector : April 3rd, 2017-21:54
However I do stand corrected. They manufacture 100 000 dials per annum of which 40% is used by PP! Considering PP makes closer to 60 000 watches a year I used the 60% in error.
