Both skeletons are same?

I know that both watches use the 2892 base with chronograph. But i thought that the chronograph module and skeleton decoration are individual to brand until I meet this BR in person. The skeleton from the front side is the same even the jewels and the pattern of skeleton. Are they the same company?

They're not the same company but they both employ eta supplied 2892-A2 base movements with off the shelf Dubois Depraz chronograph module slapped on top, PVD coated and skeletonized (done by DD, not hublot or BR) So yeah , they're largely the same, you ca...
