It's a Vaucher base with a Dubois-Depraz chronograph with annual calendar
chronograph module. The module MIGHT be the same one used in the Maurice Lacroix
annual calendar chronograph.

If one looks carefully at the new rM chronograph..is that a Maurice LaCroix movement I see?
