PuristS advice needed
I was going to buy a watch storage box with 3 slots. I also considered a 3 slot roll for travel and storage. Does anyone think one is superior to the other? Recommendations of either one would be appreciated.
If you plan to carry watches when you travel, the 3-slot storage roll is portable and when you are not traveling it still holds 3 watches
On the other hand, a box is better for display purposes. So it boils down to what your plans are with the 3 watches.
I will say roll is better as it is more portable and is usually easier to fit into a hotel safe ;when you travel).
Having lost some watches to a home burglary a few years ago, I’ve lost my appetite to storing watches in a display Box (even if that looks nice), so watxh roll for me!
if you use it for travel only...then 3 watch roll make sense !
If you use it to store in a locker or wardrobe, I recommend you go for 6 or 8 timepiece storage box. I'm sure if you plan 3 watch, you'll end up having much more. I'm talking...how I ended up with a watch roll and a watch box together ;-) Best, mahesh.,
