Patek or Jaeger-LeCoultre
Mar 03, 2011,09:53 AM
I know I am on Patek forum so be kind with me...
I am a great fan of Jaeger-LeCoultre, and I count 5 of them (Diving Pro, Polaris Platinum, Navy Seals Alarm, Compressor Tides Of Time and a vintage).
For some personal reasons (servicing, after sales service, and some more), I plan to change brand.
As a watch lover, I have been allways dreaming about Patek Philippe. I love the annual calendar for example.
Does some others like me made the same decision? What do you think about?
I don't know the Patek barnd very well. I have a large wrist so I have large watches. What model would fit my wrist?
Best regards.
Marc

if I were you, I would take a step back and do this if I were absolutely right... Meaning, that you want to sell them for the right reasons for you, whatever they are... You know best.... As far as the question of size, PP watches are smaller than the JLC...

Hi Marc, My advice is to go slow, particularly if you are contemplating this change because of a grievance with the company. These annoyances are often short-lived and can be resolved with effective communication. And you are planning a big change from sp...

Your treatment by the JLC boutique sounds terrible but don't expect better service from Patek. There's plenty of examples on the forum where the Patek attitude to customers has rubbed many up the wrong way. Imagine being treated as if you're lucky to be a...
