Hi John,
Wow, I could not imagine... I would love to see a photo of the environment. I guess someone should inform the factory as there is obviously a lot less dust in Switzerland and Germany (for example). Or were you just testing to see if anyone reads your stuff anymore.

How harmful or detrimental is it if dust particles get into the movement. I am sure during normal service (or case back swaps)it is possible as the watchmaker area may have controls set up for this, they cannot prevent it completely.
