GP with Lemania 8815??? (more)

Hi all,

As you see I haven't given up on GP yet..

On an auction site I found what looks like a Classique 36mm (I didn't want to link to the pictures in case this is in breach of the rules here). The movement had me puzzled. It wasn't a cal 3x00, and it wasn't an ETA. But it looked somehow familiar. Until I realised I had seen it before, in vintage Longines and contemporary Breguets: it's a Lemania 8815!!!

It looks nicely finished, and fully signed as a GP movement. Does anyone here have any info on GP's use of this movement?

Thanks in advance,
Bernard

G?day, just a picture: Taken from Ei8thohms review of a Lemania 8810: Taken from a 1994 GP presentation: I'm not aware of any GP sporting a Lemania movement (although this does not mean that much). Greetings from germany, Peter...
