Not a novelty at all, but I was able to try this one on the first time last week. Ref 25835, Vintage 45 in King Size case with small seconds at 9 and date. I must admit, that I'm disturbed by the date and I also prefer the small seconds at 6. The King Siz...

Love the vertical brushing on the dial, the case size and shape, the minimalism. But also agree with you on the date (although the small seconds at 9 don't disturb me as much) Thanks for sharing!

yes, the date here is cutting into the dial in an obtrusive way. I don't mind the small seconds at 9 either, just prefer it at 6 if I had a choice. CC

But I prefer the no date / sub seconds at 6. The date at 1:30 which cuts out the "2" feels off for me. Best Blomman
