Today I cooked for my daughter and wife,
so I chose the easy way with one of those meals where you just cut everything up and throw it in the oven. 
Just chicken breast, tomatoes (fresh and dried), red onions, potatoes, olives, zucchini, and eggplant.
I seasoned everything with smoked salt, black pepper, oregano, mustard, balsamico glace, concentrated tomatoes, maple syrup and olive oil. Turned out delicious with a nice balance of sweet/salty/sour.

Yep, I was experimenting a bit without going overly crazy.
Turned out really delicious.

So I think in your wonderful country there are plenty of some of the best ways in the world to do someting against being hungry!
Yes, I like eating in a nice restaurant,
but to be honest nothing beats cooking at home with fresh and healty ingredients.
Triy it next time with chiken thighs, the upper part only of the thigh.
It should add delicious chicken fat to the vegetables, have crispy skin and the chicken meet should be softer.
Yeah, I love cooking for my 2 darlings on the weekends.
And to be honest I had 2 little hands that helped me out a bit. Would have been quicker without her help but cooking with a toddler is great fun and I try to teach her how to cook right from the start...
