Reverse Swedish flag with the Chopard LUC Sport
I have slowly but surely developed an interest in model cars over the last year. At first it was random but then I decided recently to plunge in and get myself a handful of 1:18 models of cars I feel drawn towards or that have a relationship to my automotive past. And there are no cars that are more intimately connected to my automotive socialisation than the Volvo 850T-5R, which was more or less my first car, and where I pestered my father for months to get it 
I then eventually inherited it and 22 years later it is still in the family, around 400.000km on the clock and ready for new adventures (assuming someone will find the time for them again) 
The other passion, watches, well you all know how that happened and that you are to blame. 
So when I figured out that there was a decent quality 1:18 model of the 850T-5R, I immediately had to jump on it. Now this one is in yellow, mine was black - there were only two colours offered for this limited edition. And as its Swedish, what better watch to complete the reverse Swedish flag impression than the blue on blue Chopard LUC Sport

certainly look fun! Could be another abyss though...:p
Unfortunately, yes :)
They are a tad cheaper than watches but therefore you tend to get more... And the detail is astounding, down to proper cloth seatbelts, carpeting, column stalks, electric seat adjustment buttons...

Apart from the small domestic injury over the weekend, making me visit the AKH at the fun time of Saturday night, the week has started quite nicely Lots of pleasant memories in both the 850 and the Chopard LUC Sport

Well, Volov is not all Swedish any more... So reversed colours are a good option! They even changed the slogan, from "Made in Sweden" to "Made by Sweden"... Best Blomman

It was still fully Swedish But I know what you mean, Blomman So maybe the reverse flag is in order after all...
