I have not worn this in a little bit, the date needs correcting. But to try this on after 1 day, 1 week, 1 whatever... the special feeling returns every time.

I mostly chose the holster for the nice color contrast to the 15202's dark blue dial. It is a Milt Sparks HSR w/ cowhide lining and decorative stitching. Inside, an old 28-2 6" Highway Patrolman with original Combat wood grips. Familiar with this model? C...

How Purist is the Highway Patrolman model? Manufactured to be less expensive for law enforcement, but with a finish much blacker and more durable than a more expensive bluing? Right up our alleys! And more rare, yet still accessible. Our kind of piece.

And agree ;-) The winding tool does make the date change much easier, but still, not the same as most quick adjustment movements. Part of the old Jumbo charm though.
