What to look out for in a Vintage Omega Seamaster Ref. 168.022? Hope some experts here can share with me.

I saw this Seamaster Ref 168.022 pop up locally for sale. It is gold cap, 36mm diameter. It has Caliber 564 in it. Seller says all parts are original. I have not seen it physically, will take better macro shots when I see it after the lockdown. Here are some photos.

. . . but if I'm not mistaken original hands would have two troughs of lume, white nearest the tip and black nearest the pivot. The hands on the watch you're considering might be service replacements, and it's even possible they're original. Unfortunately...
