ability to rate the sound of minute repeaters. But aesthetically this watch is just gorgeous. The black dial on the platinum is hard to read as the breguet numerals fade into the black dial. Not the case with the rose gold.

..... pay a visit to some of the more prestigious watch shops , and try listening to other minute repeaters from other brands. You will find your answer there.

and I would also recommend to some others (References and brands), just for comparison. My guess is, you won´t be disappointed :-) Oliver
