Need help re 5102j

Hi guys need to help on manufacture dates for this model, from what I can tell it looks like Patek started making this model in yellow gold In 2008 and replaced it with the platinum/pink gold version in 2009. Can anyone confirm this and also any ideas on how many per year they make of these.
