Please help me with more info on this Vintage Patek 130
I know this is a Ref. 130 with a Movement number of 867954. I also have the Serial number if that would help (PM for that if necessary).
I saw a similar Patek, same ref. 130, in white gold with a similar movement and serial number on the Antiquorum site.
Any info on when the watch was produced (I'm thinking sometime in the 40's) and the approximate number of total watches of this type that Patek made would be great (other info is welcome as well).
