Which watch brand is the creme de la creme of watch brands?
I know that Patek Philippe and A. Lange & Sohne are in this category, but are there any other brands that are as good or can be named alongside them, or are they like Rolls Royce and Bentley? (Mercedes and the like, although top end luxury, yet not in the same league?)

Patek is the top but there are others just slightly beneath it..
like vacheron constantin then audemars piguet then iwc or ulysse nardin etc
My 2cents
I believe Patek to be No 1, but i think Jaeger le coultre could be considered no 2 and is by far the best value in the high end watch field. Christian
