ref 130 mystery (help)

I have the opertunity to aquire a REF 130 at a reasonable price. I have emailed the serial # to Patek Phillipe for some history or information on this piece (Patek will only answer by mail and I am not sure of response time). I would like to ask you good people as you are expets on Patek Phillipe watches. The watch would be mid 1940's, porcelin dial (unsigned)oversized 38mm case(18k). The crown,case and movement are all signed. There is almost no doubt that this ref 130 is real. I have no pictures, however I have seen the watch. My mystery is the unsigned porcelin dial and my agent has told me the case number matches the movement number. Does anyone know of such a watch?(I have a limited window to purchase this watch)
