It seems, at that time, lug and case design was much more daring and creative, than the dial, which seem to be more kind of a given “clean” factor, as reading the time, was more important than nowadays …

Never knew about them. Wonder if Patek if ever produce similiar designs inspired by these watches? Would love to see them in the metal.
