May I Hear from other 5117 owners? ...
well it's been about a month w/my new 5117 (yellow gold) and I have to say that I am really really impressed with its accuracy. it is almost spot on, close to a quartz...just amazing and by far my most accurate watch. my close up eyesight is not great, but the date font is so crisp and clear, that it is my easiest to see date by far as well (even better than my Rolexes with the cyclops!)....my only criticism: the hour and minute hand are too close to one another in length, so on occasion (usually if i am delirious or in a hurry) I might at first glance mix up the hands on telling the time. Does anyone else experience this? This is my first and only Patek thus far, and it appears that this is just the way that Patek makes its watch hands in general...
anyway, i'd love to hear the experiences of any other PP 5117 owners, thanks!
