Are Patek Philippe movement robust enough?
Hello:
I am a big fan of Patek Philippe.
I am a pocket watch collector and I have watches made from 1750.
Patek Philippe pocket watch movements are at the top concerning quality.
Lately I have a read a number of posts concerning PP wristwatches referring some problems in complicated pieces.
Which is the general consensus on daily wear of PP wristwatches.
I am not thinking on playing golf or scuba diving but on normal "office" wear.
I am a scientist and I am afraid of using my PP 5022 at the laboratory.
I am thinking in buying another PP for my collection but I am hesitant due to the above quoted comments.
I would like to hear your opinions.
