Lot 13 in Antiquorum's April 24, 2004 sale went for 13,000.00 plus premium. Assuming the result was in Swiss currency, it is about U.S. 10,000.00. Is this the most price realized for a Patek with the 23-300 movement? Is this a rare piece?
