I was reading abt patek chronos, and chanced upon this vintage reference. I have always been biased towards vertical register chronos, so it would be awesome if patek can launch a new chrono using this beauty as inspiration, ie : - vertical registers - ap...

But I doubt vertical (and monopusher at that) chrono is going to happen because their chrono movements now have off-axis registers and they seem to want to only do some kind of non conventional finish dials. Source: Bloomberg ...

They can always have 2 chrono movements And If they prefer a sporty/casual watch then make it as a sector dial chrono I am sure it will be smashing hit

Love vertical chronos.

movement finishing sublime- deep anglage and hand engraved typography! hunter caseback a delight. but no shock protection on balance jewel always tough!

think there is a sweet spot in movement tech vs finishing..for me its mid 50s post gyromax & shock protection but pre everything machine engraved
