Strap sizes
These are the basic strap lengths for men's straps:
Short- 12 o'clock element=65mm, 6 o'clock element=105mm
Regular- 12 o'clock element=75mm, 6 o'clock element=115mm
Long- 12 o'clock element=85mm, 6 o'clock element=125mm
Of course, you can special order a strap to whatever length you may need.

Sorry I may have not stated my question incorrectly - I'm looking for the lengths for a mens XS, S, Regular, etc. I have a 5196 incoming and thinking of ordering another strap as I have slim wrists.
Why would you worry about the length?
You can always order a bespoke strap fitting you perfectly. It costs the same as standard. Best Kari
