For these older Pateks with integrated bracelet, can they be adjusted other than by the clasp? I see ones that say ; fits 6.9” - 6.7” wrist. If I have a 6.5” wrist, can I get it fitted? Thanks in advance, Roger ...

you'd need a competent jeweler to saw out the extra length and then solder it back together.

There are small adaptors that can lengthen the bracelet

The clasp usually gives you 2 positions, but shortening it more than a few mm involves a goldsmith. As an interim measure which would allow you to wear it, I have placed a small adhesive pad on the back of the watch which nestles into the low spot of one’...

I was always wondering. It makes sense that they “ don’t make em like this anymore “, modern bracelet design allows for more alterations.
